When being scheduled for an interview, remember you are one of many candidates the Recruiter | Manager will be interviewing. You need to be prepared and do your best to attend the interviews at the scheduled time. Should you not be able to attend an interview please call the recruiter and let them know. It is unprofessional not to attend an interview and not inform anyone that you will not be attending. The recruiter | client will not give you a “2nd chance”.

OFFERS As per our introduction, we are in the business of building careers and want you to make a long-term career commitment. When you have been made an offer by a company, take the 24 – 48 hours to think about the position and make 100% sure you are happy with the position and this is where you want to go with your career.
It looks very bad on your CV if you start a position and leave within 6 months, we consider this “Job Hopping” and potential employers are not interested in these candidates. It really tarnishes your reputation in your industry. You need to keep this in mind when making your decision.
